AA, ACA, Al-Anon and CMA Meetings
All AA, ACA, Al-Anon and CMA speaker meetings at the Houston Roundup are open to everyone. Workshops are open to registered Roundup attendees. The banquet and luncheon meetings will be open to attendees without tickets for the speaker portion of the meeting after the meal is completed.
Public Information Policy/Anonymity
In keeping with the 12th Tradition, we request that members of the press or other media refrain from taking photographs of or using the last names of participants. Please remember the same holds true for Social Media. We ask that all attendees keep in mind that anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions.
Speaker meetings will be audio recorded.
Banquet & Luncheons
Tickets for the luncheon and banquet may be purchased at the Registration Table. Sign-up for the banquet seating begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday and ends at 3:00 PM. Everyone attending the banquet must sign-up for a table by 3:00 PM Saturday, November 25th.
Limited quantities of ‘Rediscovering Life’ 2017 Roundup t-shirts, baseball caps and other commemorative items will be available for purchase.
Hotel Dining Options
Trofi Restaurant and Room Service will be available limited hours during the conference. These times will be posted throughout the hotel.
Discounted Valet Parking is available for $18.00/day with in and out privileges.
Admission to the Houston Roundup Show is included in the cost of registration. The cost to attend the show is $5 for individuals that are not registered. Special seating is reserved for the first 100 Roundup registrants and they will be seated first. All other seating will be on a first come, first serve basis.
All meetings are non-smoking and non-vaping. There is a designated smoking area outside just off the Ballroom Foyer area. Please refer to the map if you aren’t sure where the designated smoking area is located.
The DoubleTree Hotel provides free Wireless Internet access in the first-floor lobby area.
